Introduction
Welcome to CheckMe! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the CheckMe application and services provided by CheckMe by HealedCode, operated by ФОП Дунаєв Максим Олегович. By accessing or using CheckMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using CheckMe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use CheckMe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' data
- Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Cost & Donations
CheckMe is currently provided free of charge. There are no paid subscriptions, tiers, or recurring fees, and every feature is available to all users at no cost.
If you choose to support the project, any contribution is a voluntary, non-refundable donation and does not grant access to additional features. Should paid plans be introduced in the future, we will communicate any changes in advance.
Intellectual Property
CheckMe and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of CheckMe and its licensors. You retain ownership of the health data you input into the service. By using CheckMe, you grant us a license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHECKME AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR HEALTH-RELATED DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. CheckMe is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CheckMe at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, you may export your data as provided in your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of CheckMe after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
